My Pregnancy: 29 Weeks

How far along: 29 weeks

Total weight gain:  16 lbs.
Stretch marks: They're staying away so far!
Sleep: Sleeping a little better now. Hope it lasts for a while!

Pregnancy symptoms: My back is starting to get a little more achy, and I'm having some heartburn here and there, but still feeling well for the most part. I definitely feel bigger changes happening in my body. I have to pace myself for sure, especially when choosing which chores to tackle or errands to run each day. And yes, I'm getting winded faster  (I'm out of shape!). It's laughable actually. When I climb the stairs or bend over to put socks and boots on, I stand up and pant a little, haha.
Best moment of this week: I would say getting a call from my midwives office to let me know I do NOT have gestational diabetes! I may have eaten an extra piece of chocolate to celebrate the good news. :)

Movement: Frequent and getting stronger each week. Greyson was going crazy after I had the sugary drink at my glucose screening! Talk about a sugar rush for little man. :)
Belly button in or out: It seems to be somewhat of an "inny/outy" right now. The lower half is still in a bit, and the upper half is sticking out a little. Hard to explain, but it's funny watching something like your belly button change during pregnancy.
Wedding rings on or off: On
Mood: I'm very aware I have a TON to do before Grey arrives, but at the same time, I'm not feeling too overwhelmed by it right now. I know everything will happen in time (unless he decides to come early). In the meantime, I'm trying to soak up these final weeks of being a family of 3, and trying to enjoy feeling my little guy move around in my belly while I can. I have much to be grateful for.

Upcoming appointments/events: Next appt. with my midwife is Jan. 2 for a regular follow up.
Notes/Update:

-  Taylor had surgery on his shoulder last Thurs. Since then, it's been very busy in our house. Between caring for both my guys, cooking and prepping meals to have on hand, cleaning, having a holiday party, working on projects for the blog and celebrating the holidays, it's been nonstop! But things are going smoothly and we're enjoying time together as a family in the quiet of our home.

I'm still working on decorating the boys' rooms, which has been happening very slowly lately. Hoping to be done with them by the end of January or early February. Gathering decor and such, and waiting for things to come in the mail, so we'll see what I can get done in the next month or two!
