My Pregnancy: 22 weeks

How far along: 22 weeks

Total weight gain:  9 lbs.
Maternity clothes: I've been alternating between leggings and my new maternity jeans. I'd love to get at least one other pair of pants or jeans to last me through this pregnancy. I have a small handful of tops, and would like to get a couple more. Specifically long tank tops or long shirts to wear under the sweaters I already own.

Stretch marks: Nada
Sleep: Well, considering Landon's molars are starting to come through, he's been waking up multiple times a night for a week now. Needless to say, I'm not sleeping too soundly. I don't have to go in his room each time, since he falls right back asleep, but it means I'm waking up multiple times throughout the night. That and the fact that my bladder feels like it's shrinking even more, so I'm up more than usual to use the bathroom. This mama is tired!
Pregnancy symptoms: Thankfully, not too much is bothering me. Still getting the occasional migraine and some headaches, but other than that, it's just the lower abdominal achiness and added pressure I feel. I'm already walking with a definite "I'm pregnant and uncomfortable" look, but I can't help it when I get too sore. I can't tell when it's going to happen, so I'm trying to not do too much in one day, and space out my errands and chores a bit more instead. My OB said it's normal to feel this discomfort earlier in subsequent pregnancies, so hopefully it won't get too much worse as I get bigger!
Best moment of this week: The most exciting moment of this week was announcing the baby's name! Greyson Lee Lawrence. Greyson is a name we almost chose for Landon. When considering names this time around, we kept going back to it. I kept finding myself wanting to say the name aloud, but was trying to consider other names to add to the mix. My husband was set on it from the beginning, and kept calling him that when referring to the baby. It just felt so right. His middle name is the same as his daddy's.

Movement: My midwives are right. This little guy is so active! I couldn't tell earlier on, since his movements were still pretty light. However, now that he's bigger, I feel him all the time and boy is he a squirmy little thing! I don't mind at all though. I relish feeling this life inside me and am so thankful for the constant reminder of the blessing he already is to our family.
Food cravings: Haven't had any particular cravings lately. And I haven't ever had any strange ones. I've heard pickles and ice cream (blah!) and some others that make me cringe to think about. Did any of you have any weird cravings?
Belly button in or out: In
Wedding rings on or off: On
Mood: I've been finding myself crying a bit more. I'm not sad, but I just get teary easily. And yes, over something like a sappy commercial. :) Other than that, I'm feeling very happy and excited. I can't believe in just a little over 4 months, this baby boy will be here! I'm excited to decorate the rooms and have everything set up.

Upcoming appointments/events: My next OB appt. isn't until the end of this month.

- Last week I mentioned my midwife telling me the baby is on the small side, and that I'd have to do a repeat ultrasound at 32 weeks to make sure he's growing properly, and to rule out any causes of growth delay due to my thyroid issues. Well, I have GOOD NEWS! I called the OB I regularly see throughout the year (the doctor who delivered Landon) and asked her for a second opinion. I trust her and wanted her to look at the ultrasound herself and tell me what she saw. She called me back after studying all the information, and said they made a typing error on my paperwork!!! They had my due date showing as 2 weeks earlier, so naturally the baby would look to be too small for his current gestational age. Whew! I was SO relieved. She said he's still measuring 6 days ahead of my original due date, which was March 17. We're going off March 11 now, since they estimated that change in date in my first trimester, as well as after this ultrasound. We shall see! I don't care which date he decides to come, as long as he's healthy and happy!

- Taylor and I went to Home Depot and picked out paint colors for the boys' rooms. It was so fun to think about the fact we'll have TWO boys, each in his own room.  We get to paint and decorate each one, so I'm excited to get started! We'll be doing one accent wall in each room to start. Landon will be "promoted" to his new big boy room soon, as well as transitioning to a toddler bed. Yes, I'm a little emotional about it, since it means he's getting that much bigger (and older), but it'll also be a really fun milestone to remember.

Bump Picture

I'll post a weekly bump picture soon (forgot to take it yesterday), but this is the one we used to announce Grey's name.
