Potato Bacon Breakfast Casserole

I am a breakfast lover. If I'm at restaurant and have the option of breakfast or lunch, I'll choose breakfast. This casserole is easy to make and oh so delicious. It's a great meal to make for company too. I just made it for a friend who had a baby and needed easy meals to heat up when needed. So, go try this restaurant quality breakfast. Your stomach will thank you. :)
