Landon's 1st Trip to CA

Taylor and I recently had the opportunity to visit family and friends in CA for a few days. It was Landon's first trip to CA, and the first time many of our loved ones were able to meet our lil man. It was wonderful to visit and catch up with people, and introduce our son.

While we were there, we went to Apple Hill. Oh yes. Apple donuts, apple cider, caramel apples, corndogs... the yummy treats they have are amazing! It was a beautiful, sunny day, and we're so glad we were able to go.

Beautiful day with a great view

Enjoying an apple donut!

We had the special privilege of having Landon dedicated at the church we were members of. It was a day I will never forget. Our dear pastor and friend prayed over him and felt God had a prophetic word for Landon. It was an incredible moment, and we're so ready for what God has for our boy.

This Thanksgiving I have much to be thankful for. The list is endless, but some to be mentioned right now are:

1. A God who loves me enough He sent his son to die for my sins. I am so unworthy, and yet He bears my shame gladly so I can be forgiven and saved
2. A husband who loves the Lord, loves me, cares for me, provides for me and honors me
3. A healthy, happy baby boy who brings me so much joy. He's what I prayed for, and I couldn't be a happier mama!
4. Parents who raised me in a loving home. They worked hard to provide for my brother and me and give us an excitement for life. They taught me how to pray, how to treat others with respect, to go after all my dreams and to have compassion for others
5. My in-laws and extended family. I'm blessed to have so many people in my life who care for my husband and me, and now my son. So many fond memories together, and many more to come!
6. My friends. I am so grateful for each of them. I am lucky to have friends in my life who I've grown up with, and many friends I've met along the way. Each of them is unique, and brings much to my personal relationship with them. It's so special to have so many people in my life to turn to and to be there for in return.

For all these things and SO much more... I am so thankful!!!
